Disclaimer
Fix My Speakers plays loud, low-frequency tones through your device speaker. Use at your own risk. Never use with headphones on. Keep the device away from your ears and away from other people's ears.
1. No guarantee of results
The sound-based water ejection method described on this site works well in most cases but is not guaranteed to remove all water, restore original sound quality, or repair damaged speakers. Some phones may require professional service.
2. Hearing safety
Loud sound at low frequencies can be uncomfortable and, at close range or through headphones, can cause hearing damage. Always remove earbuds and headphones before activating. Do not aim the speaker at anyone's ear.
3. Device safety
Running any speaker at maximum volume for extended periods can cause the voice coil to overheat. We cap sessions at 60 seconds for that reason. Do not run back-to-back sessions for more than three cycles.
4. Not a repair service
Fix My Speakers is a self-service tool, not a repair provider. If your device was submerged, dropped, or has any signs of physical damage, contact your device manufacturer or an authorized repair technician.
5. No liability
By using this tool you agree that Fix My Speakers, its authors, and its operators are not liable for any damage to your device, hearing, or property resulting from use of the tool.
6. Medical devices
If you use hearing aids or a cochlear implant, remove or mute them before activating the tool.
